Mocha came to me from a local animal shelter. He was supposed to be neutered but he wasn’t. I fostered him until there was an opening at the House Rabbit Society. However, when the time came to relinquish him I just couldn't. He had licked me on the face and what a lap bunny. Who could resist? I guess someone could cause he was at the shelter. Then of course he had to have a wife. So... we got Mica from the Colorado House Rabbit Society. Mica was born at the shelter and had lived there all her life. She was very timid when we brought her home. Gradually this is changing. Everyday she is becoming more comfortable with her surroundings. It wasn’t love at first site for Mocha and Mica but they are growing closer. So that is how I ended up with two more bunnies.
